1. Policy Overview

This shipping policy applies to all orders placed through our Shopify store (hereinafter referred to as "this store"), covering domestic shipping within North America and international shipping to other regions worldwide. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this policy, including delivery time, cost structure, and liability limitations. This store reserves the right to update this policy periodically based on carrier rate adjustments, regulatory changes, or operational needs; the updated policy will be posted on the store's website and will take effect immediately upon posting.

2. Shipping Scope and Carrier Partners

2.1 Service Areas

• North America: United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), Canada, Mexico;

• Europe: European Economic Area (EEA) countries, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway;

• Australia: Mainland Australia, Tasmania;

• Other Regions: Other regions worldwide, excluding restricted countries/regions (e.g., sanctioned countries, military zones, and regions with limited logistical infrastructure). Eligible countries/regions will be displayed at checkout.

2.2 Partner Carriers

To ensure reliable and efficient delivery, we partner with leading logistics providers:

• North America: USPS, UPS, FedEx (using pre-negotiated rates through Shopify Shipping);

• Europe: DHL Express, Royal Mail, DPD (compliant with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU);

• Australia: Sendle, Australia Post (integrated with Shopify's carrier rate calculation tool);

• Other Regions: DHL Global Mail, UPS Worldwide.

This store reserves the right to modify its carrier partnerships without prior notice, provided that service quality and delivery times remain unchanged.

3. Order Processing and Delivery Time

3.1 Order Processing Time

• Regular orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays) will be processed within 1-2 business days; orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• During peak periods (such as Black Friday, Christmas, Cyber Monday) or unforeseen events (such as natural disasters, logistical disruptions), processing times may extend to 3-4 business days. We will keep you updated via email or store announcements.

Disclaimer: Estimated delivery times are for reference only and do not include customs delays, delays due to weather, or incomplete address information. Business days do not include weekends and public holidays in the destination country.

4. Shipping Costs and Free Shipping Policy

4.1 Eligibility for Free Shipping

• North America and Europe: Free standard shipping is available for all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.

• Australia and other regions: Shipping costs will be calculated in real-time at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination, using rates calculated by Shopify's carriers.

4.2 Remote Area Surcharge

• The remote area surcharge applies to areas with limited logistics coverage, including but not limited to:

◦ Remote areas of Alaska, Hawaii, and Northern Canada;

◦ Rural areas of Europe (e.g., the Scottish Highlands, the Greek Islands);

Outback areas of Australia.

• The surcharge amount depends on the carrier's classification of the remote area and will be automatically added to the total shipping cost at checkout. You can use the "Test Shipping Costs" tool in your shopping cart to verify if your address is in a remote area.

4.3 Additional Fees

• Oversized/Overweight Items: Orders weighing over 25 kg or exceeding 120 cm (length) in dimensions may be subject to additional handling fees. Please see the product details page for specific fees;

• Customs and Taxes: For international orders outside North America and Europe, customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are borne by the recipient. Unless explicitly stated in the product description, we do not offer Delivery After Duty (DDP) service.

5. Order Tracking and Notifications

• After your order is shipped, a unique tracking number will be generated and sent to your registered email address. You can track the shipment status through the "Order History" in your store account or the carrier's official website;

• For orders in North America and Europe, we offer end-to-end tracking, including pickup, shipping, customs clearance, and delivery confirmation;

• If the tracking information is not updated within 3 business days of shipment, please contact our customer support for assistance.

6. Handling of Abnormal Situations

6.1 Shipping Delays

• If shipping is delayed beyond the estimated time (e.g., domestic orders delayed by more than 7 business days, international orders delayed by more than 15 business days), please contact us to initiate an investigation. We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer options such as reshipment or a full refund;

• We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure (including natural disasters, political unrest, customs strikes, or global logistics crises).

6.2 Lost or Damaged Goods

• Claims for lost goods must be submitted within 30 days of the shipping date. We will verify the situation with the carrier and provide a full refund or reshipment upon confirmation of loss;

• For damaged goods, you must retain the original packaging and submit photos of the damage within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in the claim being rejected;

• For high-value goods, shipping insurance is available as an option; you can purchase it at checkout for additional coverage.

6.3 Order Cancellation and Modification

• Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed. Once order processing has begun, cancellations or address changes cannot be guaranteed to be successful.

• For cancelled orders that qualify for free shipping, no additional fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Compliance and Responsibility

• We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Rules on Goods Ordered by Mail, Internet or Telephone, the EU General Product Safety Directive 2001/95/EC, and the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

• We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Please carefully verify your shipping information at checkout.

• International orders require accurate customs codes and product descriptions for customs clearance. False declarations (e.g., undervaluation, misclassification) may result in delays or seizure of goods, for which the customer will bear full responsibility.
